Huntington Station Carvel To Close, Reopen At New Location
The business says it is relocating due to high rent.

The Carvel in Huntington Station will be closing its doors this month due to high rent and reopening at a different location, the business announced on Facebook on Monday.
The Carvel will be moving from 1840 New York Ave. to a new location four blocks away, 2042 New York Ave.
The new location will be open for business at some point in January 2018.

"We have been serving ice cream to the community of Huntington Station for many years and its sad to inform everyone this current location is closing due to high rent," the post says on Facebook. "The past few years has been tough for us to make a living, but we grew to love the community we do business in and our customers and don't want to quit just yet!"
