How to Report a Drug Dealer
The Suffolk County police explain how to report a drug dealer or other criminal activity:
Report information about a suspected drug dealer (or any other criminal activity) in one of three ways: Call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS (8477);  text “SCPD” and your message to CRIMES (274637); or visit www.tipsubmit.com. You can remain anonymous and a reward may be available if an arrest is made as a result of your tip.  To report illegal drug sales in progress, please call (631) 852-COPS (2677) immediately to report it.

Callers are asked to provide as much descriptive information as possible, i.e. suspect’s name, address, license plate number, vehicle make, model, color, etc.

Crime Stoppers can be used to provide tips regarding any type of criminal activity, not just drug activity.
