Drunken Huntington Man Leads Cops On 7 Mile Chase: Police
The incident occurred out on the East End, police say.

MATTITUCK, NY — An intoxicated Huntington man led police on a 7-mile chase Monday on the East End, authorities said.
According to Southold Town Police, Roger W. Fay, 45, was arrested at 9:02 a.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
He was stopped on County Road 48 in Matttuck as part of domestic incident investigation, police said.

Fay fled from the traffic stop leading police on a pursuit before stopping in Riverhead Town, police said.
Fay was found to be intoxicated, arrested, transported to Southold Town Police headquarters, processed and held for arraignment, police said.
