Police ID Man Killed In Pickup Truck Crash In Cold Spring Harbor
The Sunday night crash is under investigation.
The man killed in a single-vehicle crash in Cold Spring Harbor on Sunday night has been identified, police say.
According to authorities, Brendan Linson, 33, of Bayville, was driving a 199 Ford F-350 westbound on West Main Street near Midland Street when the vehicle left the roadway and struck several trees at 11:40 p.m.
The man was extricated from the vehicle by members of the Cold Spring Harbor and Huntington fire departments.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The vehicle was impounded for a safety check.
