Motorcyclist Seriously Injured In Huntington Station Crash
The motorcyclist crashed into a utility pole, police say.
HUNTINGTON STATION, NY — A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries in a crash in Huntington Station on Tuesday night, Suffolk police said.
A 26-year-old man was riding a 2017 Honda motorcycle northbound on New York Avenue when he lost control and struck a utility pole near East 12th Street at 9:24 p.m., police said.
The man, whose name is being withheld by police pending notification of next of kin, was hospitalized with serious physical injuries. His motorcycle was impounded for a safety check.
