Restaurant Gets a New Name

A restaurant at the corner of Gerard Street and Clinton Avenue has renamed itself and altered its offerings.

Two Blondes and a Stove, which opened last year, has become BlonDee's Bistro & Bar.

Owner Dena Fenza said the restaurant had decided to open for dinner and get a liquor license.

Adding a full dinner with a bar to its existing breakfast and lunch lineup led to name change to better suit its new offerings.

In September, the restaurant played host to an episode of ABC's "What Would You Do?"
