The Levittown Fire Department successfully extinguished a house fire on Hollow Lane Saturday night at 9:18 p.m.
Arriving units found heavy smoke coming from the two story home and a fire in the laundry room on the first floor. Crews stretched two hose lines and extinguished the fire before it could spread to other rooms in the home.
Two occupants were evaluated at the scene and refused medical attention. The fire marshal was called to investigate the cause.
