Levittown Girl Scouts Named Bronze Award Recipients
The girls were recently recognized at an awards ceremony at Island Trees High School.
Hempstead Town Supervisor Kate Murray and Town Clerk Mark Bonilla congratulated members of Junior Troop 3610, who received the Bronze Award at the Plains Association of Girl Scouts Annual Awards Ceremony held at Island Trees High School.
The Bronze Award is a prestigious accomplishment in Girl Scouting, which requires numerous hours devoted to community service and leadership responsibility.
Also pictured with the scouts are leaders Giuseppina Zampini and Heidi Kinkel of Levittown, and Girl Scouts of Nassau County CEO Donna Ceravolo.
