Levittown Schools To Distribute Take-Home COVID Tests On Tuesday

The district will be giving out the tests to parents on a first-come, first-served basis.

LEVITTOWN, NY — The Levittown School District will distribute take-home COVID-19 tests on Tuesday, Jan. 4.

The tests, which were provided by the state, are only available to families with students in district schools. They will be distributed at the lower parking lot of Levittown Memorial, located at 150 Abbey Lane, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Parents can pick up test for all of the children at the same time. Tests will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. In order to receive a test, parents must have a photo ID and complete a "COVID Test Pick-Up Form," which you can find by clicking here. You need to print out the form and bring it with you.

If you are unable to print out the form, you can submit the information handwritten on a piece of paper. No tests will be distributed without a photo ID, the student's name and their school.
