Weather Forecast – Thankfully, temperatures are supposed to cool down this week, with highs in the low 80’s. However, the lower temperatures could also arrive with scattered thunderstorms, and the National Weather Service says that it could rain for most of the week. Read the full weather report here.

Free Prostate Cancer Screening – There will be free screening for men, which involves a brief physical, on Tuesday, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the East Farmingdale Fire Department (930 Conklin Street). To register, call (516) 882 – 0630. For more info., click here.

Double Punch Tuesday’s at Miller’s – Get a lunch card at Miller’s Ale House in Levittown and after receiving six punches, get a free lunch. Read more here. 

Artist to Visit Levittown Library – Accomplished artist Loman Eng will be visiting the Levittown Library on Tuesday at 1 p.m. to talk about his exhibit currently being displayed there. “Eng’s fusion of classic Chinese and Western styles of art produces oil paintings that are spellbinding, thoughtful, emotionally provocative and deeply symbolic.” 

Garage Sales – Check out a garage sale Saturday on Tower Lane. “Something for everyone – toys, BBQ, household, jewelry.” Are you having a garage sale this weekend? Add it to our boards!
