Copiague Teen Missing For More Than 1 Week: Police

Copiague resident Celina Hernandez has been missing since August 29, Suffolk County Police Department announced Monday.

COPIAGUE, NY — A 17-year-old Copiague teen has been missing for more than a week, Suffolk County Police Department announced Monday.

Celina Hernandez was reported missing on August 29, 2024.

She was last seen when she left her Copiague home on August 28, according to the Suffolk County Police Department.

Police said she has brown eyes and brown hair, weighs approximately 195 pounds and is five feet, one inch tall.

Police are asking for the community's help locating her. Anyone with information can call 911 or 631-852-COPS.
