A sure sign of the tough economic times is the number of For Sale and For Rent signs you see in the Village and North Lindenhurst.
If you go down Wellwood Avenue, Sunrise Highway, Hoffman Avenue, Montauk Highway or other major roads in the area, residents are sure to find a few.
During the next few months, Lindenhurst Patch is going to some of those properties and ask you what you'd like to see in there.
This week, Patch is looking at the space that was very recently a part of Music & Arts at 125 South Wellwood Avenue.
Music & Arts, which was formerly called Music Land during the 1990’s and much of the 2000’s, held the entire space until very recently deciding to downsize to the middle area and leave the portion to the north as a seperate, rentable area.
The new space is close to the municipal parking lot and Long Island Rail Road station.
