Man Wanted After Stealing $5K From Lindenhurst Businesses: PD

Suffolk County Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a man who burglarized two Lindenhurst businesses in May.

LINDENHURST, NY — The Suffolk County Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a man who burglarized two Lindenhurst businesses in May.

The man forcibly entered Paris 1 Nail Salon at 775 Wellwood Avenue through the rear door around 5:30 a.m. on May 2 and stole around $1,000 in cash, police said. Shortly after, he forcibly entered Vicky’s Casa del Sabor next door at 771 Wellwood Avenue and stole around $4,000 from the register, police said.

Police say he fled the store on foot heading northbound on Union Road.
