Music & Arts Downsizing Nearly Complete
New retail space available for rent after store cuts itself in half.

The downsizing of the Lindenhurst Music & Arts storefront is nearly complete as the musical instrument store has finished moving back in to 125 S. Wellwood Avenue.
The long-time music store began downsizing a few months ago, moving much of its inventory into a new space, originally a part of their large storefront which was by January divided in two.
A store employee told Patch a few months ago the large storefront was unnecessary and looked to open more space for the village.
The new space is over 50 percent smaller than the original and features the walk-through to the back where offices and a municipal parking lot behind the building.
The new space is currently available for rent, according to signs on the building.
