As the end of 2011 approaches Lindenhurst Patch will be looking back at the that was with a Year in Review series that will cover a variety of topics.

While Patch editors will be choosing many of the notable stories, people and photos from 2011 upon which to reflect, we also want our readers to play a role in choosing who were the key people in Lindenhurst during the past year and what were some of the in the community.
