Town Tax Receiver's Office Open Late Friday

It's probably not the way you'd prefer to spend Happy Hour, but with second half property tax payments due, the Town of Babylon's Tax Receiver's Office is staying open late Friday. 

The office, located inside Town Hall in Lindenhurst, will be open until 6 p.m Friday to accommodate those who prefer to pay their taxes in person.

Please remember, you may also make your tax payment by phone and online! Please have your current 2012/2013 Tax Amount and Item Number available. We offer e-check and credit card payment through a telephone service or by the internet which includes American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. For payments by telephone call 1-800-2PAY-TAX (1-800-272-9829) or visit the website at www.officialpayments.com. At the prompt, use Jurisdiction Code 4232. Transactions fees will be charged to the taxpayer based on the amount of the total charge.
