Police Investigate Burglary at Dairy Barn
Suspect made off with cash, detectives say.

Motorists that tried to drive through the Dairy Barn in Long Beach on Sunday morning were blocked by yellow crime scene tape as police investigated a burglary at the business.
According to Long Beach Police Department, an employee reported on July 8 that someone broke into the store, at 375 W. Park Ave., the previous night and damaged the safe.
“Detectives responded and set up a crime scene and investigated between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m.,” said Eric Cregeen, the department’s public information officer. “They did their investigation and then opened the store for business.”
