The office of Immigration &amp; Refugee Services is recognized by the U.S. Department of Justice to counsel, process, file, and represent clients before the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and EOIR Immigration Court. Our organization provides essential support to Ukrainian Humanitarian parolees through the Ukraine Supplemental Appropriation to Resettlement Agencies (USARA) Program. Through USARA, we help individuals and families achieve stability, economic independence, and successful integration into the community. We serve Ukrainian citizens paroled into the U.S., as well as non-Ukrainians who resided in Ukraine and were paroled into the U.S. between February 24, 2022 and September 30, 2024. A vehicle overturned in front of Gino's Pizza on West Park Avenue in the wee hours of the morning Friday. A motorist travelling with three passengers in a four-door Sedan lost control and flipped the car over on its roof and was facing the wrong way in the westbound lane in front of the pizzeria, at 16 W. Park Avenue, at about 1:20 a.m. on May 6, according to Richard Corbett, chief of the Long Beach Fire Department. All four occupants exited the vehicle on their own, and when fire units arrived to the accident scene within two minutes, three of the passengers refused medical attention and one was treated for a facial laceration but refused transportation to the hospital, Corbett said. The Long Beach Police Department is investigating the accident.
