Island Park

• Danielle Derbyshire, 19, of Brentwood, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated at Baker Court and Pettit Place in Island Park on May 30.

Oceanside

• An unknown suspect or suspects removed cash, a cell phone and sunglasses from an unlocked vehicle while it was parked on Weidner Avenue in Oceanside on June 4.

• Bashkim Hoti, 21, of New Jersey, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicate at Long Beah Road and Daly Boulevard on May 30.

Five Towns

• An unknown suspect threw a brick through a window of a vehicle while it was parked on Solomon Avenue in Inwood on June 2.

• Mario Lopez-Gonzalez, 39, of Inwood, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated at Burnside Ave in Lawrence on June 2.

• Fatima Sade Welsh El, 18, of Jamaica, and Eiman Dukes, 18 of Jamaica, were both arrested for shoplifting at Burlington Coat Factory, at 345 Rockaway Tpke. in Lawrence, on June 2.
