A Fundraiser event for Corey Lovrich, a Long Beach High School alumni, will be held when the boys’ lacrosse team hosts Syosset at 7 p.m. at the middle school. The 20-year-old student and lacrosse player at Jacksonville University was diagnosed with stage-three colon cancer. The Lovrich family will see wristbands and t-shirts at the game.
