James McGeeham, 56, of Long Beach died at the Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow in August after he was struck by a car by a motorist, who also hit and killed his dog, in the West End. A funeral Mass will be held for McGeeham at St. Mary's of the Isle Church on Oct. 22.
