The O'Keefe Foundation – a non-profit Sept. 11 charitable organization – will hold the annual O'Keefe Spirit Rider Regatta on the Atlantic Ocean between the Jones Beach Inlet and the East Rockaway Inlet. The Parade of Ships begins at 11 a.m. with viewing stand seating for the public at National Boulevard boardwalk in Long Beach.
