FEMA will start distributing food and water at Neptune Boulevard by East School and at Maryland Avenue at West School today, not City Hall.
Residents can get there at noon.
A National Guardsman told Patch that they will be stationed at these locations each day starting at 8 a.m.
Additionally, Waldbaum's on East Park Avenue is open for business and is offering free charging stations.
Rite Aid, in the same shopping center, is giving away free water from the back of a tractor-trailer.
