3. If you committed the sin of not logging on to Patch yesterday, then here's some posts you missed: a follow-up with tenants at the West Broadway apartment building where two fires broke out within a week, film crews shot an episode of the popular TV show Royal Pains at a West End beach, and the Long Beach Historical Society is calling on city residents with historical or otherwise interesting detached garages to contact them.

4. Later today on Patch: We'll have a story on a Long Beach woman who reads the Declaration of Independence, U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights in their entirety on the boardwalk every morning on Independence Day, and we'll post our weekly Viewfinder gallery of photos.

5. Long Beach Patch's Facebook page exploded in June with fans clicking our "like" button.
