Get the scoop on what's happening each weekday in Long Beach.

It’s Monday after graduation, the kids are out of school, summer vacation is ahead of you ... and Patch returns with five things you need to know each weekday. What’s the buzz around the beach town? We’ll keep you informed on everything from beach events to camp activities to Patch stories you may have missed. Here’s what’s happing today:
1. Earth Arts on West Park Avenue is holding Summer Art Camp Registration for kids from 11 a.m. t0 7 p.m. Find out about the three choices of creative camps that meet for two hours each day.
2. Check out Wii Game Night for kids starting at 6:30 p.m. at the Long Beach Public Library.

3. Each Monday is Trivia Night at the Beach House in the West End. The tricky but perhaps not so difficult questions get started at 9 p.m.
4. Long Beach's surfing schedule from June 27 to July 1 allows for surfing from Lindell to Grand boulevards and from Arizona to Wyoming avenues. Note: Surfing is permitted everyday from 9 to 11 a.m. from Laurelton to Lafayette boulevards and from Monroe to Long Beach boulevards.
