Tonight: Be Dazzled at the Long Beach Fireworks Extravaganza

The fun begins at 3 p.m. with food and drinks.

The fireworks don’t end on the Fourth of July in Long Beach as the barrier island gears up for a fireworks extravaganza on Friday.

The fun begins at 3 p.m. on The Boardwalk with food and drinks for all.

Free shuttles will bring in the crowds beginning at 7 p.m. before a concert begins at 8 p.m. The festivities and concert, which will feature The Nines, will take place between Long Beach and Riverside Boulevards.

Fireworks will then light up the sky after sunset.

A rain date is set for Saturday but the forecast says Long Beach will have mostly clear skies.
