Long Beach Man Charged With Assault, Child Endangerment: Police

LONG BEACH, NY — The Long Beach Police Department reported the following arrests for the week ending March 29. All charges are merely accusations.

  • Thomas A. Harvey, 38, of Long Beach, was arrested on March 23 at Long Beach police headquarters and charged with third-degree assault and child endangerement.
  • Zavien Austin Joseph, 21, of Uniondale, was arrested on March 23 at Long Beach police headquarters on two active Long Beach City Court arrest warrants.
  • Paul P. Marshall, 29, of Far Rockaway, was arrested on March 28 on Riverside Boulevard and charged with driving with a suspended license, no license and making an improper right turn.
