Meal Distribution Areas - Nov. 5

FEMA’s Points of Distribution (PODs)
These are located throughout the north and south shores of Nassau County.  Locations include:

• Atlantic Beach, Silver Point, 2189 Atlantic Blvd. and 99 The Plaza
• Lido Beach, Lido and Parkside St.
• Long Beach, East Elementary - Intersection of Neptune & Hudson, West Elementary - Intersection of Maryland and Beach St. and 85 E. Park Ave.

Red Cross Meal Distributions
The Red Cross has opened a number of meal distribution centers Nassau County. Locations are open from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4 to 6 p.m. Meals, water, and comfort kits will be distributed at the following locations.  

• Nickerson Beach Park in Lido Beach - 880 Lido Boulevard

Island Harvest
Island Harvest will distribute up to 20,000 sandwiches and drinksMonday  to residents on the streets of the following neighborhoods through a Mobile Distribution Center:

• Atlantic Beach
• Long Beach
