Pair Of Events To Honor 9/11 Anniversary In Long Beach
The 34.3 Foundation holds its annual run from Long Beach to Ground Zero.
LONG BEACH, NY — Among the events being held in memory of the 23rd anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks, the 34.3 Foundation run from Long Beach to Ground Zero.
FDNY firefighter Etan Blatt launched the run as ahead of the 20th anniversary in 2021. He created a route that honored the 343 firefighters of perished on 9/11 with a 34.3-mile path that started in his Long Beach hometown.
This annual 34.3 Foundation run on 9/11 at 8 a.m. on the boardwalk and Riverside Boulevard.

Additionally, the Surfrider Foundation will hold its annual 9/11 Paddle Out on Riverside Blvd Beach at 8:45 a.m.
