Question of the Day: Favorite Long Beach Neighborhood?
Weigh in with your thoughts on this question.
Long Beach is a city of diverse neighborhoods that are distinguished, if not by their geography, homes or populations, than by their history or all of these factors combined. There is the restaurant-bar studded West End, the Canals in the northeast section of town, the high-rises that line the beach in the East End, the sandcastle homes that dot the President Streets, North Park that borders the bay, the street-less Walks, the historic estate homes that make up West Holme, and the the Red Brick District named after its brick-paved streets.
