Sound Off: Long Beach's Worst Parking Lot

Every town has one: that particular parking lot that you dread driving in but must go to anyway. Is it the lot where you shop for groceries? Maybe it’s the lot where you leave your car all day in order to take public transportation? Or perhaps it's a mall where you park and then walk across Park Avenue because spots are unavailable near the business you frequent.
