Time For Long Beach Residents To Put Christmas Trees To Curb

LONG BEACH, NY — As you prepare to discard your Christmas tree, the city of Long Beach wants to remind residents when to put it to the curb.

This season, the trees will be part of regular sanitation days. Make sure to remove all lights, ornaments, stands and tinsel before placing it to the curb, the city said on its website.

The East End has tree collection on Monday and Thursday, while West End residents can dispose of their trees on Tuesday and Friday.

For all of Broadway and Shore Road, trees will be collected on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
