Lynbrook Middle Schools Rank Among Best in State

Lynbrook North and Lynbrook South rank in the top 100 in New York, according to Niche.com.

Niche.com has released its rankings of public middle schools across the country and both Lynbrook middle schools made the list of the top 100 in New York.

Lynbrook South Middle School came in at No. 47 among middle schools in the state with an overall Niche grade of A+. Lynbrook South earned A+ marks for district overall experience and teachers. They were also given an A for academics. Their least successful category was for student culture & diversity, where they earned a C.

Lynbrook North came in at No. 52 among middle schools in the state with an overall Niche grade of A+. LNMS earned A+ marks for district overall experience and teachers. They were also given an A for academics. Their least successful category was for student culture & diversity, where they earned a C+.

Malverne’s Howard T. Herber Middle School and West Hempstead Middle School also earned top overall marks, with an A- and an A, respectively.

Niche says it ranked 19,710 middle schools nationwide based on key student statistics and 4.6 million opinions from 280,000 students and parents.
