Chris Stapleton Announces Jones Beach Date On Nationwide Tour

WANTAGH, NY. — 10-time Grammy Award winner Chris Stapleton announced Thursday that he would be playing an Aug. 26 concert at the Northwell Health at Jones Beach Theater in Wantagh.

The announcement came in a Thursday post on the artist’s facebook page, which said that the next leg of his tour would begin in Nashville, TN on May 23 and end Oct. 9 in Kansas City, MO. Stapleton will be joined by country singer-songwriter Carter Faith at the Wantagh performance, while other tour stops will feature guest performances from Allen Stone, Ashley McBryde, Grace Potter, Lainey Wilson, Maggie Rose, Mike Campbell & The Dirty Knobs, Molly Tuttle, Nikki Lane, The Teskey Brothers and Zach Top.

Tickets for the tour are scheduled to go on sale Jan. 16, the facebook post read. The Wantagh concert is currently the only tri-state area stop on the tour, with the next-nearest stops taking place in Boston and Philadelphia. Further information about the tour can be found on Stapleton's website.
