  • Did you see the top story of Wednesday? Nassau County Police have released a composite of a man they say broke into a Lynbrook home and attempted to choke the homeowner on Aug. 12.    
  • Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, began on the evening of Wednesday, September 4 and end in the evening of Friday,  September 6. The Malverne Jewish Center welcomes the Jewish community for Rosh Hashanah services on Thursday at 9 a.m.
