Cops: Man Stole Jordans from Massapequa Store

Nassau County Police are searching for a man they say stole expensive sneakers from a Massapequa store on May 14.

At 4:45 p.m., the man was caught on camera at Champs, located at 35 Carmans Road in Massapequa, cops said.

While inside the store, the man took a pair of blue retro 5 Jordan Sneakers and left without paying, cops said. The sneakers are valued at $190.

Detectives are asking anyone with information to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
