Fairfield Cheers Athletes at Empire Games
Massapequa students raised their voices at the Empire State Games for the Physically Challenged at Mitchell Field.
Fairfield Student Council cheered on student athletes from the Massapequa School District that competed in the Empire State Games for the Physically Challenged at Mitchell Field, May 29. They joined many other students from the district to support children with special needs. Fairfield students were especially supportive of one of the school’s third graders who took second place in the 100m dash! She was amazing and we couldn’t be prouder! It was a beautiful day and a wonderful experience for everyone involved.
