Finding Christmas Trees in the Area

For many Friday is the start of the Christmas season and that means putting up a Christmas tree.

For those who prefer a live tree, there's a yearly scramble to find the perfect evergreen to decorate.

Here are some places you can find them:

• DeSanto Brothers Nursery. Located at 893 North Broadway in Massapequa. They have a selection of trees and other floral arrangements.
• Abby's Parkside Nursery and Florist will sell trees and other holiday arrangements. They are located at 3333 Merrick Road in Wantagh.
• Dank tree experts will once again have a large selection of tree at 5800 Old Sunrise Highway beginning Saturday.
