There was an accident with a strange twist and a anticipation for a big football game in Massapequa this week.
Here's a look back:
On Monday, we learned that a man had been arrested for DWI after state police said he was under the influence of drugs at a crash scene on the Southern State in North Massapequa.
We later learned the accident happened 29 years to the day of a manslaughter case involving the same man.
Saturday is a big day for Massapequa Football as they take on Farmingdale for the County title.
Wednesday was an unusual day as a small fire disrupted the morning routine at Berner Middle School.
