Police ID Man Seriously Injured By 2 Cars In Medford Hit-And-Run
A second vehicle was also involved in the hit-and-run, police said in an update. The man was crossing a road when he was struck, police say.

MEDFORD, NY — A man seriously injured in a hit-and-run in Medford in May was also hit by a second car, Suffolk police announced in an update, identifying the injured man as Carlton Hamilton, 63, of Medford.
Hamilton was struck by two vehicles, a sedan and a pickup truck, at the intersection of County Road 101 and Southaven Avenue around 8:35 p.m. May 25, police said. crosHamilton was crossing County Road 101 when he was struck by a vehicle in the northbound lanes, and the driver continued heading north without stopping, police said. The department stated on Tuesday that a second vehicle also hit Hamilton.
Hamilton had been brought to a nearby hospital to be treated for serious injuries.
