Suspects Beat Delivery Man With Bat In Carjacking On Long Island: Police
The man was beaten with a bat outside a home, then his SUV was swiped, Suffolk police say.

MEDFORD, NY — Suffolk police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspects they say struck a delivery driver with a bat and robbed him of his SUV in Medford this month.
Two men took a delivery driver from his vehicle and struck the man with a baseball bat in front of a home on Race Avenue on Dec. 8 at around 9:15 p.m., police said, adding that the duo swiped the man's 2024 Honda CRV, which was recovered a short time after.
Police said the man did not go to the hospital.

The suspects are described as around 15 to 25 years old, police said.
