Cops Seek Witnesses After Hit-And-Run Seriously Injures 16-Year-Old On Bike
The victim was struck between 11:30 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. on Friday, according to the Town of Montgomery Police Department.

TOWN OF MONTGOMERY, NY — A weekend hit-and-run has left a teenage cyclist seriously injured, according to police.
At 1:29 am on Friday, Orange County 911 dispatched Town of Montgomery police to State Route 52 and Bel Air Rd. for a car vs. bicycle accident. Once officers arrived, they found a 16-year-old boy on the side of the roadway who had been struck by a vehicle while he was riding a bicycle.
The vehicle that struck the victim left the scene, according to police.

The victim was struck between 11:30 p.m. and 1:30 a.m., authorities said.
The victim, who was seriously injured, was taken by Town of Montgomery EMS to St. Luke's Hospital, officials said. The New York State Police CRU was requested and conducted a crash reconstruction investigation.

Town of Montgomery police were also assisted at the scene by the Village of Walden Police, New York State Police and the Walden Fire Department.
