DOT To Replace Water Main In Cornwall
The work, weather permitting, will mean closing one lane of Route 32.
CORNWALL, NY — A water main replacement will necessitate a lane reduction next week on an Orange County highway.
The state Department of Transportation said that Route 32, between Holloran Road and Strawberry Lane in the town of Cornwall will be reduced to a single lane with alternating traffic controlled by flaggers.
The lane reduction will happen nightly between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. beginning Monday, Aug. 29 through Saturday, Sept. 17 to facilitate a water main replacement, weather permitting.
