Police said he also took boats from customers as trade-ins.

MIDDLETOWN, NY — A Middletown man was accused of fraudulently selling boats to people, taking their money and then not delivering them.
The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation Wurtsboro arrested Andrew Concors, 62, of Middletown, and charged him Friday with three counts of third-degree grand larceny, a felony.
An investigation by the state police and the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office found that Concors, who was the owner of Sports Nuts Inc., a boating and marine shop in Rock Hill, had received complaints from people that he had sold them boats they had never received.

Authorities said Concors had taken the customers' current boats as trade-ins as well as cash down payments.
Concors, police said, did not deliver the boats as agreed upon and no longer had the money that was used to purchase the boats. He also did not return the boats that were used as trade-ins.
