Hyde Park Woman Sells Fentanyl Out Of Her Home: PD
Police said she had drugs in her possession when she was taken into custody while at court on an unrelated drug offense.
HYDE PARK, NY — A woman in Hyde Park was accused of peddling fentanyl out of her home.
The Dutchess County Drug Task Force said Tami Halloran, 46, of Hyde Park, was arrested Tuesday and charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony.
Authorities said a search warrant was executed at her home Aug. 5 by the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office Emergency Services Unit, Dutchess County Drug Task Force and the Town of Hyde Park Police Department.

Halloran was later found by Drug Task Force Agents at the Town of Lagrange Justice Court Tuesday and was in possession of a quantity of fentanyl and other narcotic drugs, police said, when appearing in court on an unrelated drug offense.
She was arraigned in the Town of Hyde Park Court and sent to the Dutchess County Jail on $10,000 bail or $40,000 bond.
