LaGrange Man Accused Of Having Illegal 'Ghost' Guns

Authorities said the man is a convicted felon and, therefore, cannot legally possess any firearms.

LAGRANGE, NY — A man from Dutchess County was arrested Wednesday after being accused of illegally possessing ghost guns.

The New York State Police said, after a long-term investigation, that Jonathan Milland, 38, of LaGrange, was found to be in illegal possession of a ghost AK-47 rifle, AR-15 Glock handgun model 23 and a serialized shotgun.

Authorities said Milland, as a convicted felon, cannot legally possess any firearms.

He was charged with four counts of third degree criminal possession of a weapon, two counts of third-degree criminal possession of assault weapons and four counts of criminal possession of a firearm, felonies and four counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon as a convicted felon, a misdemeanor.

MIlland was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of LaGrange Court Dec. 20.
