Massachusetts Man Accused Of Selling Drugs In Beacon

BEACON, NY — A Massachusetts man was accused of having illegal drugs for sale in the city of Beacon.

The Dutchess County Sheriff's Office said Stefon Graham, 32, of Springfield, Massachusetts, was arrested and charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a felony.

Agents from the Dutchess County Task Force with the assistance of the City of Beacon Police Department patrol and detective divisions said they took Graham into custody and then executed a search warrant at a residence in Beacon.

Authorities said the investigation, search warrant and arrest were the result of an investigation by the Dutchess County Drug Task Force into narcotics sales in Beacon.

Graham was arraigned in the City of Beacon Justice Court and released on his own recognizance.
