NYSP, FBI Seeking Info On Goshen Man Accused Of Child Rape
A state attorney issued a warrant for the man for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

GOSHEN, NY — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a Goshen man who was accused of raping a child.
The New York FBI Hudson Valley Safe Streets Task Force and the New York State Police said Jesus Torres, 31, of Goshen, was accused of sexual assault on the female child.
The Southern District of New York issued a warrant for Torres for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

State police said it has also issued an extraditable arrest warrant for Torres for predatory sex assault against a child in Orange County.
Charges were filed against him Oct. 18, but Torres has not been found, police said.

He is described as being 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighing about 165 pounds.
Torres was last known to be in the Middletown area.
