NEW HAMPTON, NY — A Pennsylvania woman who works in Orange County at the Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center was accused of animal abuse.
Betty Ann Davis, 49, of Bushkill, Pennsylvania, is facing animal cruelty charges, Fox 56 reported, after being caught on video throwing her roommate’s small dog from a second-story deck a couple of times.
A veterinarian told the dog’s owner that a broken leg with a protruding bone was not consistent with the way it was reported to police.
