Pleasant Valley Man Charged With Multiple Counts Of Assault: NYSP
Authorities said he also faces charges of weapons possession and unlawful imprisonment.
PLEASANT VALLEY, NY — A Dutchess County man was accused of multiple instances of domestic abuse.
The New York State Police said Thomas Zemko, 43, of Pleasant Valley, was arrested Monday and charged with first-degree assault, three counts of second-degree assault, five counts of criminal possession of a weapon and one count of first-degree unlawful imprisonment, all felonies, and second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor.
Police said an investigation determined Zemko engaged in multiple physical domestic incidents in which he abused and assaulted the victim causing severe injury.

He was arraigned in the Town of Pleasant Valley Court and sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail, $200,000 bond or $400,000 partially secure bond.
Zemko is next scheduled to appear in court Thursday.
